We are seeing increasingly complexity of health and social care needs in increasing concentrations amongst people we find themselves also experiencing homelessness, this comes at a time when it is increasingly challenging to meet the basic need of safety and shelter and access to health and social care is increasingly crisis driven. How can we do better for people experiencing homelessness and ensure their needs are as fully integrated into the adult health and social care planning processes as any other care group, if indeed not more so given the added public service pressures that they bring whilst they remain homeless?
