Appointment communication requirement register.Please set up a nationally communicable register of the communication needs of remote or island patients with regards to communication about appointments they require to arrange travel and accommodation for eg 3 or 4 weeks notice so that arranging these trips is doable in the current stressed transport conditionds and also allow patients to state which is their preferred method of communication eg e mail , text phone call, letter as some rural areas have bad postal service these days and many rural homes don't have mobile phone reception
