Maintain rural services (such as Insch hospital)

Rural community hospitals are a necessity, especially for older people who can't access city hospitals. Services like audiology being available rurally is crucial as trying to get to Woodend hospital if you live rural and can't drive is not easy. There is a huge need for these services being available locally, as is seen in their current waiting times.

Need to give serious consideration to building a helipad at the hospital.
