Within north lanarkshire, there was a pre assessment of need before the assessment for SDSF. Kids were both on waiting lists thus unknown needs but we were advised that any award dependent on how much money household had in bank. Why is Need not enough to qualify for SDSF, and if this is not still the case please raise awareness
