After the Verity House agreement, HSCP IJBs can now spend social care money on whatever they want. Glasgow was already spending supposedly ring fenced Transition to Adulthood, SDS, and Carers' budgets on health services instead. How can you ensure that funding for social care for my family gets spent on my family's social care needs, and not on health services for someone from another council area who needs to use Glasgow hospitals?
