It’s utterly ridiculous that people who have been left sometimes bed bound or house bound due to this crippling condition don’t have access to healthcare. The only point of contact being their gp. Many lost jobs or not able to work or continue in education are just forgotten. They go to their gps who no faults Of their own give poor or even bad advice that can cause these people relapses. Giving advice like the more you do the more you will be able to do. These doctors have nowhere to refer patients or who to refer them to. It’s challenging enough trying to live with such a terrible condition but to be left and fight for help is a outrageous. Gps need the time and support to learn to help such conditions.
