The new Long COVID services coming this year (still) ignore diagnostics and medical treatment and appear to have no overall coordination for patients, again creating silos of treatment. Clinical treatment has now been shown to be possible. Why aren't we doing it. We don't need yet more self management tea and sympathy, medical treatment is needed.
