Why are Scottish Long Covid services still so limited?

Long Covid services appear to still not yet be available in all local authority areas. Even in areas where they do exist there are barriers to access. What is the Scottish Government doing to ensure the 1000s of people in Scotland with long covid can get access to help? What are they doing to ensure health boards make what help is available easily accessible and well publicised? For example, I've had long covid for over 2.5 years. when I asked my GP at end of July 2023, to refer me to a long covid service in Greater Glasgow & Clyde I was told there was not one in my local area. I found out the service has actually existed, since June 2023 in the area, in August, from work occupational health. Recent press coverage and press releases do not provide a link to the web page about the service. NOTE: Aspects of this question were discussed in Committee on the 12th September 2023.
